Finally Gloria Allred Appears on TV Representing Natalie Khawam

The minute the Petraeus/Broadwell/Allen/Kelly/Khawam soap opera began I began to wonder when Gloria Allred would appear holding some woman’s hand and be almost in tears. She is like an ambulance chaser. Any gossip, sleaze ball thing like who was the father of Nicole Smiths baby, she is right there. I have never heard of her actually winning a case in court, and I am not saying it doesn’t happen, but its usually a photo shoot with some crying female celebrity and then she waits for the next opportunity. It usually follows with Jessie Jackson Sr giving spiritual guidance to some man who messes up. Remember him standing advising Slick Willie.  Jackson had his pregnant mistress with him at the time. You watch he will be in a photo shoot before this web of lies get sorted out.

Paula Broadwell has hired Robert F. Muse. He represented Monica Lewinski.

Jill Kelly and her husband Dr Kelly have hired Abbe Lowell. He represented John Edwards.

Natalie Khawam has hired Gloria Allred.

Employment for Attorney’s are picking up.

I am not writing about Allen and Petraeus. They definitely have lawyers and have probably ruined their careers.

How on earth could such important men have time to bother with the twin sisters? I can see that Paula Broadwell could be sucked into the mire because she was writing the book about Petraeus. She did have a top secret clearance, she had been in the military. She has a background but got jealous and that usually brings a lot of people down when the illicit romance ends.

Now to Natalie Khawam the Tampa Florida Attorney. Of all the people that should have had the good sense to just SHUT UP she just could not do that. When she appeared on TV with Gloria Allred she said, “I look forward to the day when I am able to answer everyone’s question and explain what really happened in this matter.”  I doubt anyone in the real world ever heard of her or her sister Jill Kelly. But she went through a custody battle and lost custody of her son. She got the top brass including Petraeus, Allen and Holly Petraeus to write letters to the judge for her. Now that’s knowing people in high places. But the judge went by the facts that she was unstable, lied about domestic violence, credibility as a witness and lack of integrity. Why would she want to drag all that out again and now its coming to light that she filed for Bankruptcy in April claiming debts totaling $3.6 million. How could she rack up debts like that? One debt she was unable to pay back was $300,000 from Gerald “Jerry” Harrington, who is a Rhode Island lobbyist and Democratic fundraiser. How could she get an unsecured loan like that. Well for starters she dated him. It just goes on and on. Why isn’t Harrington in trouble for misuse of campaign funds like Jessie Jackson Jr.?

Jill Kelly and Paula Broadwell have both been to the Presidents home. (Khawam and her sister were invited to courtesy meals at the White House. Some of the parties will end because Khawam is living with her sister in a mansion that is being foreclosed on. This is where to top brass were being entertained. Jill Kelly and her husband who is a doctor had a charity called Kelly’s Cancer Foundation. BUT in papers filed with the IRS it reported donations of $157,284 but the charities expenses were exactly that amount. $43,317 for meals, $38610 travel and misc. $$25,013. It was ran from their home, and they were the only officers in the foundation.

Now this was an absolute dream come true for Gloria Allred. I doubt we will hear that she does anyone any good but herself and I imagine she gets paid to pose to TV photo shoots.

Add your comments, this is gonna get lots worse before it gets better.

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. Wins By A Landslide

The title of this story is a little misleading because under normal situations that would not be unusual or hot news, but in this case it’s almost like “Where is Waldo”?. This is sure an example of people not paying any attention to who they vote for.  A name like his would beat almost any unknown good honest person running against him.  You might say I am picking on a black or something but that’s not the case at all.

Jackson was treated at least six weeks for bipolar disorder. He was having extreme mood swings and has been on medical leave from the house and has not been seen in public for months.

Jackson has not been at work since last June. He got caught up in all sorts of crooked deals and did like what most celebrities do they Keep Reading

David Petraeus Is A Naughty Boy

With all the news surrounding David Petraeus and is his naughty boy love affair, I figured I would share my thoughts on the issue.  First it all started out as just an affair and then his immediate resignation.  Mr. Petraeus is 60 years old now and knows how these things can look bad on the country and the White House so the reasoning I could understand.  He felt the spotlight and wanted nothing of it.  The public, however, was ready to stone this guy.  Some even wanted him to answer for the affair and have him pushed through the court system.  Even though the affair is morally wrong the military has setup ethics codes which pretty much can put you in jail for anything they find such as being irresponsible, making us look bad, or whatever they find morally wrong.  It’s pretty much the same as our legal system if they want to nail you for something they can find a loop hole to make that happen.  It comes down the resources and just figuring out how to make it work.  The affair itself I could careless about and I just couldn’t understand why everyone else cares so much.  It doesn’t effect them or their lives.  It’s not your wife or family that is now in Keep Reading

David Petraeus Will Testify Friday

After after all the lies and cover ups and the downfall of a four star General, it sounds as if David Petraeus will testify Friday. I would not bet the farm on it and it could be he will still protect Obama, but I hope he tells us what happened. His personal life and career is pretty well shot and unless he has something more hanging over his head he should stand up like the great man he has always been and tell what happened. He has to know exactly what happened. He knows who in Washington knew what happened. For Obama, Hillary, Susan Rice all to blatantly lie and blame a video that insulted the Muslims. They were trying to postpone, stonewall or whatever until after the election. It appears that Petraeus sex mess has been known for several months. Why was it not brought up then? Why was he still in command if it is so important now that he resigns. I have a feeling he was encouraged to resign so he would not have to testify. But there was just too many people who would not go for that. Obama will be in Asia, Hillary is in Peru someplace, Susan Rice has lied about everything so with all those guys away maybe David Petraeus will be able to tell congress what happened, when it happened. He is a low life cheater like Slick Willie and John Edwards to name a few but he has put his life on the line for all of us. He is intelligent, and brilliant, well liked until his Keep Reading

Seattle Streetcar Ten Million Dollar Plan

After the shock and disappointment of the election, I thought I would try to make a fresh start in my thinking and try to accept the fact that i just don’t fit into the way most Washington voters think. I thought I might just sort of give up and go with the flow, then the Times runs this big article that Mayor McGinn and the City Council are going to spend ten million dollars planning where some new street cars would go. This is just planning, and they don’t really have a clear cut idea of what they are planning so for sure they will run out of money fast. They say the city is broke. Had to re-do the bus routes and cut service to thousands of people. Georgetown had 3 buses and now we don’t have one bus along the highway or 4th ave. We have to either walk a half mile or so to get to the only bus stop in Georgetown that will get us to town without transferring. We have a little community of residents that the 131 got us downtown and to Burien for years but now it comes from Burien over the 1st Ave Bridge and the only stop at what they call their new and improved service for Georgetown is at Keep Reading

Seattle Streetcar Projects A Big Drain

It appears Seattle continues to look at ways to blow our tax money.  The City Council is going to spend $10 million dollars to just review adding streetcars in Seattle.  The $10 million will be spent on just reviewing the roads, locations, areas, tracks, population etc.  In the event, the City decides to move forward on a streetcar, it will cost $50 million dollars.  How could anyone actually be considering this?  It’s just way out of our budget and simply doesn’t make any sense.  We would be better off buying a new bus, painting it (thus branding it) and naming it the Emerald City Shuttle.  It’s dedicated to just this mile and goes back and fourth all day.  The costs are maybe 100K for the bus and another 30K per year for the driver.  Do you know how many years it would take with my plan and budget compared to your $50 million+ plan?  It would take 50 years on my plan to even reach you’re $50 million initial construction work easily.  You’re plan doesn’t even include millions per year for maintenance of your plan.  It’s just a no brainer.

Lets talk about the extra revenue.  My plan and your plan does create revenue except my plan Keep Reading

Nurse Family Partnership Program In Seattle

The Seattle Council approved an increase into the Nurse Family Partnership Program.  The budget for the program was $1,017,816 and it was increased 61% now to $1,641,672.  I was curious what this program does exactly so I did some investigating into it.  I had some concerns obviously since that is a huge increase.  The City Of Seattle continues to claim poverty for many of it’s programs and issues so increasing the amount for a nursing program raised a few red flags for me.

Marjiuana Taxes In King County

Now that we all can smoke marijuana (I don’t smoke), where will all this tax revenue in King County be used?  I truly hope they use it to fix many of the issues we have in the City Of Seattle such as our public schools. What my biggest concern obviously is it being wasted and put in a program, system, or project where the marijuana tax revenue is supporting it completely.  To bad we don’t have more clarity on that.  Ideally, i would like it to not be used in the general fund but I don’t think that is going to happen.  The general fund should be able to support all the things of the City now.  Introducing money just gets wasted into new projects or programs.  We need better ways to protect our tax money so it’s not all spent on wasteful efforts and then becoming bad debt.  If that happens we’re in the same boat we’re in now where raising taxes, fines, or whatever is the solution to fixing their wasteful efforts.

Having talked to many people over the new found freedom of smoking marijuana, they feel that Keep Reading

War In Iran Heating Up With USA

The secret war with Iran continues under Obama.  Even tough we haven’t claimed any official foots on the ground (so we’re told), it’s common knowledge that the Iran cyber war is full steam ahead.  We continue to push them when we can with public words and UN sanctions, however, one day the time will come that a bomb will be needed.  Israel has already drew the red line and that line will be pushed over under the next four years under Obama.  Sanctions and diplomacy hasn’t worked in 4+ years and we all know that it will continue to be brushed off by Iran Officials.  Since Israel always supported our wars and provided support as a partner so the US as a nation will be obligated to show them the support when it’s required to get physical.

So how is Obama going to deal with this situation.  There is no doubt Iran isn’t going to stop and we can only do so much about it for now.  In my opinion I view Iran like Iraq.  We believe something is going on over there and they “may” have something now or in the future which could be used against us.  We went into Iraq for the same exact reason.  That didn’t turn out to be true, however.  In hindsight, many believe Iraq shouldn’t have been invaded by President George Bush.  Of course that is easy to say looking back at something in history.  At the time of the invasion, many supported it and were still Keep Reading

Our News Journal Online & The Differences

I find it amazing how so many news outlets claim they are “neutral” in their reporting of news.  It’s almost two faced the way they operate.  Most of their news is presented as neutral it seems, however, every once in a while they will throw in something that weighs very much in one direction.  Look at the Seattle Times for example.  They really pushed for Obama the last few days he was re-elected.  Each of the Seattle initiatives were expressed and analysed by them and why they supported them.  Fox News is obviously for the Republicans as well as CNN supporting the Democrats.  My point is news agency that claim they are “neutral” really are not. Being an author for the Emerald City Journal I have noticed this more and more.  You look back when Ron Paul was running and at one point in the election process he really have tons of supporters.  His campaign stops where filled to max with people, however, nobody bothered giving him any of the news.  It went to who the news agency felt was the best for the Republicans like Keep Reading
